Discover the pearls of the Neustädter Land
Over a distance of approx. 35 km, you have the opportunity to visit the Mariensee monastery, the St. Osdag church in Mandelsloh, the Bock windmill in Dudensen and the Laderholz watermill. You cycle through the villages of Hagen, Mariensee, Wulfelade, Evensen, Amedorf, Mandelsloh, Lutter, Laderholz, Bevensen and Dudensen and thus large parts of the northern area of Neustadt a. Rbge. Enjoy the view of the Leine or your rest in the shade of one of the mills.

You can start the route at Hagen station, which you can easily reach by S-Bahn. Which direction you take is entirely up to you. In addition to the monastery and its garden, which are well worth a visit, Mariensee also offers a particularly beautiful place to rest by the monastery stream. Between Evensen and Amedorf, you should enjoy the view of the Leine and the St. Osdag church in Mandelsloh is open for a visit. The watermill in Laderholz and the trestle windmill in Dudensen are impressive buildings that can be viewed from the outside. They are open to guests on certain mill and baking days.
